Cancellation/ Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities and individual lessons scheduled for a specific date.
However, I choose to offer a 14-day cancellation window for single lessons only, as a courtesy — provided that the lesson is scheduled more than 24 hours later.
If the lesson is scheduled within the next 24 hours, the service is considered to have begun and no refund will be issued — even if you are within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Lesson packages are not refundable.
All refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method.
Delays and No-Shows
In case you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the schedule time.
More than 30 minutes of delay without any notification is considered no show, and is fully charged.
The missed time cannot be made up in further lessons.
LESSONS WITH FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE:
Book one or more lessons by yourself on this website (red button here below). Make sure to write your contact details correctly. After payment, you'll get a confirmation email with the link to your customer panel, where you can manage your appointments. The contact details must refer to the REAL participant.
Cancellations/Reschedulings
You can cancel or reschedule your class by your customer panel, no later than 24 hours before the booked time. In case of shorter notice, the lesson is fully charged, and cannot be made up/refunded. You receive the link of your customer panel in any confirmation email. To get a new link, click here: CUSTOMER PANEL and insert the email address that you used when you booked.
Fair Usage
The self-booking tool is intended to facilitate lesson planning for everyone, allowing the most flexibility. Students are invited to use this tool fairly, meaning that the time slots should be booked with a genuine intention of attending the classes, and not as placeholders “just in case”.
In case of abnormal amount of repeated rebookings, especially in pick hours, the self-booking tool will be withdrawn, and any further appointments will have to be personally agreed with the teacher.
Packages
All lessons must be booked before the expiry date. Within this period, you can schedule lessons for any available date at least 40 days in advance. No refund can be issued for unattended lessons after expiration. The right of withdrawal does not apply to packages (see the specific paragraph).
Expiry periods:
First Trial (3 lessons) ==> 4 weeks
5-lesson packages => 2 months
10-lesson packages => 3 months
30- lesson packages => 12 months
LESSONS WITH FIXED SCHEDULE:
After sending a request, we agree on a predefined schedule, for either 5 or 10 weekly lessons, or 5 biweekly lessons. You get a specific link where to subscribe (with advance payment).
Rescheduling, cancellation or makeup lessons are not possible. The price remains the same, regardless of the number of lessons attended (possible missed classes have been taken into account in the price).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to packages (see the specific paragraph).
To keep the priority on the same time slot, the subscription has to be renewed within the last lesson of the package.
GIFT VOUCHERS:
Available only in "Flexible schedule modality", valid for 1 year from the purchase. You fill in the form and choose the amount of the voucher at the payment page. Unless otherwise requested, the voucher is sent to the recipient email asap, and no later than 1 working day from payment.
After receiving the voucher, it’s up to the recipient to redeem it. Should the voucher not be redeemed within the expiry date, it will be no longer valid, and no refund will be issued for unused credit.
How to redeem: use the online booking system on this website, and apply the code at the checkout (code and instructions are provided in .pdf along with the voucher).
Voucher for 1 lesson: the class must be attended by the expiry date of the voucher
Voucher for packages: after redeeming the voucher, a new validity period is applied to complete the classes (see the section “Packages” above).
