LESSON POLICIES
By purchasing voice lessons/gift vouchers, you accept the following policies:
Minimum age and language
All classes are intended for students over 18. Lessons are held in English or Italian, but you can choose the tunes to practice in ANY language in the world.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled lesson. The refund will be issued on the same payment method used at the purchase.
If you cancel your lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will not be entitled to a refund, even if you are within the 14-day withdrawal period.

How to book
Book one or more lessons by yourself on this website (red button here below). Make sure to write your contact details correctly. After payment, you’ll get a confirmation email with the link to your customer panel, where you can manage your appointments. The contact details must refer to the REAL participant. If you’re buying a gift, please purchase a Gift Voucher instead.
Cancellations/Reschedulings
You can cancel or reschedule your class by your customer panel, no later than 24 hours before the booked time. In case of shorter notice, the lesson is fully charged, and cannot be made up/refunded. You receive the link of your customer panel in any confirmation email. To get a new link, click here: CUSTOMER PANEL and insert the email address that you used when you booked.
Fair Usage
The self-booking tool is intended to facilitate lesson planning for everyone, allowing the most flexibility. Students are invited to use this tool fairly, meaning that the time slots should be booked with a genuine intention of attending the classes, and not as placeholders “just in case”.
In case of abnormal amount of repeated rebookings, especially in pick hours, the self-booking tool will be withdrawn, and any further appointments will have to be personally agreed with the teacher.
Delays and No Shows
In case you arrive late, I do my best to accomodate you, but I can not guarantee that you receive a full lesson. More than 30 minutes of delay without any notification is considered no show, and is fully charged. The missed time cannot be made up in further lessons.
Packages
All the classes must be booked within the expiration date. Packages cannot be refunded after purchase, however, you can transfer them to another student, by prior arrangement with the teacher. Even in this latter case, the first expiration date remains valid, and no refund can be issued for unattended lessons after expiry.
Expiry periods:
5-lesson packages => 3 months
10-lesson packages => 3 or 6 months depending on price
30- lesson packages => 12 months
Vocal Maintenance package => 3 months.
LESSONS WITH FIXED SCHEDULE:
You purchase 5 or 10 lessons of 50 minutes with a predefined schedule. Rescheduling, cancellation or makeup lessons are not possible. The price remains the same, regardless of the number of lessons attended (possible missed classes have been taken into account in the price). Cancellation with full refund is possible for the whole package within 14 days from the purchase, and no later than 24 hours before the first lesson.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are available only in “Flexible schedule modality”, and expire after 1 year from the purchase. After receiving the voucher, it’s up to the recipient to redeem it. Should the voucher not be redeemed within the expiry date, it will be no longer valid, and no refund will be issued for unused credit. The validity period for packages starts when redeeming the related voucher (see the section “Packages” above).
To redeem the gift card, just use the online booking system on this website, and apply the code at the checkout (code and instructions are provided in .pdf along with the voucher).
