Either English or Italian (however, the tunes to practice can be in ANY language).
Teaching Hours
Monday–Friday, 10:00–20:00. Since slots fill up quickly, time selection is required before checkout to ensure availability.
Cancellation/ Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities and individual lessons scheduled for a specific date.
However, I choose to offer a 14-day cancellation window for single lessons only, as a courtesy — provided that the lesson is scheduled more than 24 hours later.
If the lesson is scheduled within the next 24 hours, the service is considered to have begun and no refund will be issued — even if you are within the 14-day withdrawal period.
All refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method.
Lesson packages, instead, are never refundable.
Delays and No-Shows
In case you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the schedule time.
A delay of more than 30 minutes without any notification is considered a no-show, meaning the lesson is deemed delivered: fully charged and non-reschedulable.
Also, the instructor is no longer required to remain available for that session.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Song Clinic (One-Shot Session)
Stand-alone, advanced vocal coaching for occasional, focused refinement, or audition/performance preparation.
Open to both new and returning clients, already bringing their own repertoire to work on.
Clients are expected to come with a specific song they already know and wish to refine.
Includes 1 reschedule with min 24 hours’ notice.
Not designed as an ongoing guided program.
New Clients: Discovery Path (Package of 3 classes)
Ongoing guided program for new clients who want to begin structured vocal work at any level. Includes first vocal assessment, home exercises, and repertoire choice/analysis.
Limited to one per client. Not intended for established voice professionals.
Continuation after the Discovery is offered on individual bases.
Returning clients: Packages (Flexible & Fixed Path)
Guided programs, designed for continuous vocal development, offered to clients invited after completing the Discovery. Include practice materials, home exercises, follow-up, and repertoire choice/analysis.
Suitable for any level, not intended for established voice professionals/companies.
Specialist Services - PRO (established voice professionals and B2B)
Intended for professional singers, performers, voice teachers.
Depending on individual needs, services may include advanced vocal coaching, preparation for shows, events, and studio recordings, and vocal retraining for misused/overused voices* (fatigue, loss of function, technical blocks), or professional training for voice teachers.
*NB: Non-medical coaching; medical assessment/treatment must be handled by an ENT/SLP.
NEW CUSTOMERS: DISCOVERY PATH
Guided path of 3 lessons, to be scheduled before completing the purchase. You can move your appointments before the expiry date, using the Customer Panel (you'll get the link in the booking confirmation email).
Cancellations/Reschedulings
You can cancel your lesson at least 24 hours in advance. In case of shorter notice, the lesson is forfeited.
When you cancel a lesson, it is automatically added back to your package balance. Then the session must be rebooked within the planning window, although the new appointment may take place at any available time beyond it.
Once the planning window has ended, sessions can no longer be moved. If a session is cancelled after the calendar lock date, it cannot be rebooked and is therefore forfeited.
Any session that remains unscheduled after the calendar lock date is forfeited.

RETURNING CUSTOMERS: FLEXIBLE PATH
Guided paths designed for continuous vocal development. Lessons are offered based on availability, and preferred days or time slots cannot be guaranteed for this option. To avoid purchasing a package without finding available spots afterwards, it's strongly recommended to check and your slots before completing the payment.
Moving Lessons
Cancel your class by your customer panel, no later than 24 hours before the booked time: it gets automatically added back to your package balance. Rebook within the planning window.
Sessions may take place beyond the planning window, but once the window has ended, they can no longer be moved.
You can manage the lessons by your customer panel (link in any confirmation email). To get a new link, click here: CUSTOMER PANEL and insert the email address that you used when you booked.
Planning Window
All sessions must be scheduled within the planning window, including any previously cancelled sessions. However, sessions may take place at any available time beyond that window.
Once the planning window has ended, sessions can no longer be moved. Any unscheduled or later cancelled sessions are forfeited.
Planning windows:
5-lesson package: 2 months
10-lesson package: 3 months
30-lesson package: 12 months
Fair Usage
The self-booking tool (Customer Panel) is meant to keep scheduling simple and clear.
If repeated rebookings reach an unusual level, access to the Customer Panel may be suspended, and any further appointments will need to be arranged manually.
RETURNING CUSTOMERS: FIXED PATH
Designed for continuous vocal development, available after completing the Discovery. We agree on a weekly fixed time, then you get a specific link where to subscribe (with advance payment). Your timeslot is secured once payment has been completed.
Please note: rescheduling, cancellation, or makeup lessons are not possible for this option. Missed lessons are forfeited.
Your time slot remains reserved only if you confirm an extension before your final scheduled lesson.
An extension means lessons continue in consecutive weeks without interruption, except for public holidays or scheduled studio closures.
If there is any break between packages, this is considered a new booking, and the time slot will be assigned based on availability and any existing waiting requests.
